W.P.M.S. Limited trading as TopFloor was established by experts in the field of property management and computer science.

TopFloor began trading in 2003, and is the largest supplier of residential management software in the Irish market.

TopFloor entered the UK market in 2011 with its product BlockMan.

TopFloor have featured in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards for 2009, 2010 & 2011.
